Purchase of goods
When purchasing goods on Kähler Design's webshop you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. When this is done, you will receive an order confirmation on the email you provided. Once we have packed your goods and they are ready for pick-up by our chosen distributor, you will receive an email with your track & trace number. You will be able to track where your item is within 24 hours of this mail. is located using the distributor's website where you can enter your track & trace number. Once your package has arrived at the destination, you will typically also receive an email from the selected distributor. You must be 18 years of age to trade with us. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
At www.kahlerdesign.com you can only order items through our webshop. If you have any queries for items that are not on the site, please feel free to contact us.
If you can't find your order confirmation in your inbox, it may have ended up in your spam folder, so we recommend that you look for it there. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service. email to email@example.com and we will then send you your order confirmation on your purchase.
How to shop with us
To make a purchase with us, you have to go through 6 steps:
There is a break guarantee on selected parts of our frame, which means that you will receive a new, corresponding be free of charge when you submit a guarantee certificate at the same time.
In addition to this period you have the right to undo the purchase without justification within 30 days. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive the item in physical possession. How to use your cancellation
You add your return reason to the enclosed return slip, securely wrap the product in the enclosed package, or add another secure package, along with the return slip the prepaid return label outside the box, and delivers the package to the distributor selected at delivery. Refund of your money
When you cancel, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excl. delivery costs. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your return package. Remember to save the receipt that you receive from the distributor upon delivery of the package as documentation that the item has been shipped.
We will make such a refund with the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing the item and packaging

Kähler Design's webshop trades under the Purchasing Act and under the guidelines given by the Consumer Agency. Complaints are made in accordance with the rules of the Purchasing Act. When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
We do not receive parcels without distribution or parcels sent by mail. COD.

The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
All prices at Kähler Design's webshop are quoted in EUR and include 25% VAT.
Security The security of Kähler Design's webshop is top-notch, as all communication between our payment system and the card holder is via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only PBS can access your data. Neither Kähler Design's webshop nor other unauthorized persons have the opportunity to view the payment information exchanged upon purchase. Customs & VAT
If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT is paid, but no customs duty according to the rules on the free movement of goods.
Price errors and discount code errors
If a price is obviously wrong, and you should have discovered it, we are not required to provide the product at the wrong price. The same applies to the use of multiple discount codes, which results in an unreasonably high discount. Terms & Conditions
Shipping costs are calculated by entering your information in checkout. For shipments in EU, freight is calculated individually. It is the current shipping costs on the website at the time of placing the order that is applicable.
We ship all items as a parcel post, enabling us to track the parcel in case of any problems. The goods are insured during shipment and upon receipt we encourage you to check the contents of the package. If the package and / or content is damaged when you receive it, contact us as soon as possible.
We always pack the goods securely so that the risk of freight damage is minimized.
